What GiVo Stream is

GiVo Stream turns the playlists you already have into something that feels effortless. Point it at your own M3U or Xtream Codes source and you get a gorgeous program guide, instant playback, pause and rewind on live streams, and catchup replays — on your iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, beautifully in sync. Add the free GiVo Server app on a Mac or Windows PC and it becomes a full DVR you run yourself.

What we believe

• Your media is yours. No accounts, no ads, no tracking. Your playlists and credentials stay on your devices, and your recordings are kept on your own Mac or PC.
• It should feel like Apple made it. A player this central to your day deserves real craft — frame-accurate seeking, a guide that stays fast across thousands of streams, and details that just work.
• Every screen, one experience. Set a recording from the couch and watch it on the train. Your favorites, settings, and library follow you through your own private iCloud.
• You bring the content. GiVo Stream is the player; the sources are yours to choose and control.

The DVR you own

GiVo Server is a free companion app for macOS and Windows that records right to the computer it runs on. One-tap recording, scheduled recordings with pre- and post-roll padding, and recordings that are yours to keep. What it isn't

GiVo Stream is media player software. It does not provide, include, sell, or promote any channels, streams, or content — you add your own sources, and you're responsible for having the right to access and record what you watch.
